Hello, i’m sasha kaur pandher.

I studied Ophthalmic Dispensing with Management at Bradford & Ilkley College, and then went on to study Optometry at The University of Bradford and gained my BSc with Hons in 2002. I qualified as an Optometrist in 2005 and became a registered member of the GOC (The General Optical Council), The AOP (The Association of Optometrists), and The College of Optometrists (allowing me to use MCOptom after my name).

My roots in eye health and the Eyecare profession directed me towards wanting to help clients with a holistic approach to health and wellness. I want to support you with my services to deal with less poor health related symptoms so you can be a better, happier and healthier version of yourself.

I am a certified Metabolic Balance Coach and also a Cambridge 1:1 Diet Consultant.

My Mantra

Be more mindful and enjoy what you eat and drink.

choosing wellness over illness.

prioritise it

Having had almost no significant health related concerns in my childhood, I struggled with my weight and health concerns after having had my children. To be honest, I didn’t even realise or take the time to recognise the issues my body was dealing with; as I was busy looking after my family and dedicated all my time to them and I prioritised everyone above my own health.

visualise it

One day in 2021 I decided that I wanted to lose some weight for a family wedding. I didn’t have a weight target, just a visualisation that I wanted to look good in an outfit and my journey of health and well-being began. What started with a weight loss diet grew into a vision of a healthier, more revitalised and happier me and I felt like my old self once again.

My Approach
