what role does a coach play?

If adopting a healthier lifestyle and diet was easy then the world would be a much healthier place. All successful diet plans require not just a desire to change, but a plan and also some support.

can anyone do your plans?

Almost anyone can do the plans I provide; however, there are some people for whom the plans are not suitable. This can be discussed during the initial consultations.

What do i need to do?

You must be willing to abide by the rules of the plans, this requires some self control. However, to achieve your goals you need to be willing to make a commitment to work with me. I will be able to advise and encourage you and be there to support you through your plan.

I have a busy lifestyle, will i be able to do one of your plans?

Absolutely yes. The plans are quite simple and with a little advanced planning we can aim to fit them into busy lifestyles.

will i need to take body measurements?

Yes you will. I will go through the measurements required and help you with how to take these. It is important that we can repeat these measurements so that progress can be monitored and plans adjusted accordingly.

will i need to increase my water intake?

You will need to drink at least 2.25 litres of water daily. this will help to maintain your blood volume and prevent dehydration. Its best to drink or sip small amounts through the day if you’re not keen on plain water. However, I do have some tips and tricks to help you if you have difficulty with the amount mentioned.
